Privacy Policy
The 52 OS — Valorem Innovations LLC
Effective Date: September 10, 2026
Welcome to the Privacy Policy of Valorem Innovations LLC ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). Valorem Innovations LLC owns and operates The 52 OS (the "Platform"). We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information about you when you visit our website, use the Platform, and interact with us.
1. Organizational Accounts and Who Can See Your Information
The 52 OS is a business platform licensed to organizations. In most cases you access the Platform as an authorized user of an organization that holds the account (your "Organization"), such as your employer or a firm engaging our services.
Where that is the case, your Organization controls its account and the information within it. Administrators and other authorized personnel of your Organization may be able to view information associated with your use of the Platform, including assigned actions, deadlines, performance and review records, calendar availability, and content you connect or submit through the Platform. Your Organization's own policies govern how it uses that information.
If you have questions about what your Organization can see, or you wish to exercise rights over information held in your Organization's account, contact your Organization's administrator first. We will assist Organizations in responding to such requests.

-

2.3. Information From Services You Connect
If you choose to connect a third-party service to the Platform, we receive information from that service in order to provide the features you have authorized. Depending on the service and the permissions you grant, this may include email messages and metadata, calendar events and availability, meeting recordings, transcripts, and summaries, and messages from collaboration tools.
You are never required to connect a third-party service in order to use the Platform. Connecting a service is always your choice, and you may disconnect it at any time.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for various purposes, including:
-
To provide, maintain, and improve our services

4. Automated Processing and Artificial Intelligence
The Platform uses automated processing, including artificial intelligence and large language models supplied by third-party providers, to deliver core features. This processing may include summarizing messages and meetings, grouping related items, estimating effort and priority, drafting suggested text, and preparing briefings.
Where we use third-party AI providers, content is transmitted to them only to generate the output you have requested, and they act as our service providers under contractual restrictions. We do not use your content, and we do not permit our AI providers to use your content, to train or improve general-purpose AI or machine learning models.
Automated output is advisory. The Platform is designed so that a person reviews and approves consequential actions, and we do not use automated processing alone to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects concerning you.

We may share your information in the following situations:

With your Organization, as described in Section 1
-
With trusted service providers who assist in operating our platform, under confidentiality agreements

Notwithstanding anything else in this Policy, we do not share, sell, rent, or otherwise provide your mobile phone number, your text-messaging (SMS) opt-in information, or your messaging consent to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in and consent information is used only to operate the text messaging program described in Section 13.
6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance user experience and analyze user activity:
-
Cookies are small files stored on your device.
-
We may use both session cookies (which expire when you close your browser) and persistent cookies (which remain on your device until deleted).
-
Tracking technologies may include web beacons, pixels, and local storage.
You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings.
7. Data Security
We take data security seriously and implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. Access credentials and authorization tokens for services you connect are encrypted at rest, and access to your information within the Platform is restricted to your Organization and to personnel who require it to operate and support the service.
However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
8. Your Rights

-
The right to access your information

The right to rectification of inaccurate data
-
The right to erasure of your personal data
-
The right to object to processing
-
The right to data portability
-
The right to revoke any third-party access granted through our platform at any time
Depending on your state or country of residence, you may have additional rights, including the right to appeal a decision we make about your request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
If you wish to exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the information provided below. Where information is held within an Organization's account, we will direct or coordinate your request with that Organization.
9. Data Retention
We retain your personal information only as long as necessary to provide our services and fulfill the purposes described in this policy. When you close your account or request deletion of your data, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law.
10. Google API Services and Google Account Data
The Platform integrates with Google services, including Gmail and Google Calendar, via OAuth 2.0 to provide email triage, inbox management, and calendar features within The 52 OS. When you connect your Google account, we access email message content, subject lines, sender and recipient information, message labels, and calendar event details solely to display and manage that information within the Platform.
Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements available at https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy. Specifically:
-
We do not use Google user data for advertising purposes.
-
We do not sell Google user data to third parties.
-
We do not use Google user data for any purpose other than providing the features you have explicitly authorized.
-
We do not allow humans to read your Google user data except with your explicit permission, as necessary for security purposes, or as required by law.
-
Google user data is not used to train or improve generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
You may revoke our access to your Google account at any time by visiting https://myaccount.google.com/permissions and removing The 52 OS from the list of connected apps. Upon revocation, we will immediately cease accessing your Google account data. You may request deletion of any synced records by contacting info@valoreminnovations.com.
Google account data is retained only as long as necessary to provide the service, and no longer than 90 days following account disconnection.
11. Microsoft Account Data
The Platform integrates with Microsoft services, including Outlook mail, Outlook calendar, and Microsoft Teams, via OAuth 2.0. When you connect your Microsoft account, we access mail message content and metadata, calendar event details, and, where you grant the relevant permission, chat and channel messages, solely to provide the features you have authorized within The 52 OS.
The commitments in Section 10 apply equally to Microsoft account data. We do not use it for advertising, do not sell it, do not use it for any purpose beyond the features you have authorized, and do not use it to train or improve generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
You may revoke our access at any time by visiting https://myaccount.microsoft.com/consent-management or by disconnecting the integration within the Platform. Microsoft account data is retained only as long as necessary to provide the service, and no longer than 90 days following account disconnection.
12. Other Connected Services
You may connect additional services, such as meeting recording and transcription tools and accounting or operational systems used by your Organization. Where you do, we receive only the information the service makes available under the permissions you grant, and we use it only to provide the corresponding features within the Platform.
Meeting recordings, transcripts, and summaries may contain the voices and statements of other participants. You are responsible for ensuring that recording and sharing such content complies with applicable law and with the expectations of the other participants.
Each connected service may be disconnected at any time from within the Platform, and the retention limits in Sections 10 and 11 apply.
13. Text Messaging (SMS)
The 52 OS operates a text messaging (SMS) program that sends account-related and workflow-related messages only — for example, reminders that an action is coming due, notifications routed to you as an owner, and other service and account notifications. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.
Consent
We send text messages only to mobile telephone numbers for which you have opted in. You opt in by providing your mobile telephone number and enabling text notifications within the Platform (for example, in your notification settings). Providing consent to receive text messages is not a condition of using the Platform or of any purchase.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies and depends on your account activity and the notifications you choose to enable.
Rates
Message and data rates may apply.
Opt-out and help
You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you reply STOP, we will send a single confirmation message and will not send you further text messages unless you opt in again. For help, reply HELP, or contact us at info@valoreminnovations.com or +1 (815) 483-9624.
No sharing of mobile or consent information
We do not share, sell, rent, or otherwise provide your mobile phone number, your text-messaging opt-in information, or your messaging consent to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your mobile information is used solely to operate the text messaging program described in this Policy. We may disclose a mobile telephone number only to the messaging service providers that transmit these messages on our behalf, solely so that the messages you have requested can be delivered, and only under contractual confidentiality and data-protection obligations that prohibit any other use.
Carriers
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
14. Eligibility
The Platform is intended for business use by authorized personnel of our customer organizations who are at least eighteen (18) years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
15. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the updated Privacy Policy on our website. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes are effective when posted on this page.

Mobile Terms of Service
The 52 OS — SMS / Text Messaging Program
Effective Date: September 9, 2026 · Last Updated: September 9, 2026
Operated by Valorem Innovations LLC.
1. Agreement to These Terms
These Mobile Terms of Service ("Mobile Terms") govern your participation in the SMS and text messaging program (the "Program") offered through The 52 OS, a software platform operated by Valorem Innovations LLC ("Valorem," "we," "us," or "our"). By providing your mobile telephone number to us, enabling SMS notifications within The 52 OS, or sending a text message to a number we operate, you agree to these Mobile Terms.
These Mobile Terms supplement, and do not replace, the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy governing your use of The 52 OS. If you do not agree to these Mobile Terms, do not enroll in the Program and do not send text messages to our numbers.
2. Program Description
The Program delivers account-related and workflow-related messages to authorized users of The 52 OS. Messages may include:
-
Reminders regarding actions, commitments, and deadlines assigned to you within the platform
-
Notifications that a task, request, or approval requires your attention
-
Status updates and confirmations relating to work you have delegated or been assigned
-
Responses to messages and requests you send to the Program
-
Operational and service notices concerning your account
The Program is transactional and relationship-based. We do not use the Program to send marketing, promotional, or advertising messages, and we do not sell or rent mobile telephone numbers collected through the Program.
3. Consent and Enrollment
You may enroll in the Program by adding your mobile telephone number to your user profile within The 52 OS and enabling SMS notifications, or by otherwise providing your mobile telephone number to us and affirmatively opting in to receive text messages.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services, and is not required to use The 52 OS. You may continue to use the platform with SMS notifications disabled.
By enrolling, you represent that you are the subscriber to, or the customary user of, the mobile telephone number you provide, and that you are authorized to consent to receive text messages at that number.
4. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies and depends on your role, your notification settings, and your activity within The 52 OS. You may receive messages when items are assigned to you, when deadlines approach, or in reply to messages you send. Certain configurations may generate recurring messages.
5. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. You are solely responsible for any charges assessed by your mobile carrier for sending or receiving text messages, including any charges associated with your messaging or data plan. Consult your carrier for details about your plan.
6. How to Opt Out
You may cancel your participation in the Program at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. You may also reply with END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT.
After you send one of these keywords, we will send a single confirmation message acknowledging your request, after which you will receive no further Program messages at that number. You may also disable SMS notifications directly in your user profile within The 52 OS.
Opting out of the Program does not opt you out of email notifications or in-application notifications, and does not terminate your account. If you opt out and later wish to resume receiving messages, you may re-enable SMS notifications in your profile or reply START to a number you previously messaged.
7. How to Get Help
For help with the Program at any time, reply HELP to any message you receive from us, or contact us using the information in Section 14. We will respond with contact information and assistance.
8. Change or Deactivation of Your Mobile Number
You agree to notify us promptly, and to update your user profile within The 52 OS, if your mobile telephone number changes or is deactivated or reassigned. You agree that messages sent to a number you provided remain authorized until you notify us of the change. You further agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your failure to notify us that a number you provided is no longer yours.
9. Supported Carriers and Carrier Disclaimer
The Program is available on most major United States wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Carrier participation and support may change without notice, and we do not guarantee that the Program will be available on any particular carrier or network.
10. Delivery, Availability, and Limitations
Text messaging is not a guaranteed or secure means of communication. Messages may be delayed, undelivered, truncated, or delivered out of order for reasons outside our control, including network conditions, device settings, carrier filtering, and service interruptions.
You must not rely on text messages as the sole means of receiving time-sensitive, urgent, or safety-related information. The 52 OS application remains the authoritative record of your actions, assignments, deadlines, and approvals. Text messages are a convenience notification layer only.
The Program must not be used to transmit emergency communications. Do not use the Program to request emergency assistance.
11. Eligibility
The Program is available only to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age, who reside in the United States, and who are authorized users of a customer account on The 52 OS. The Program is intended for business use by authorized personnel of our customer organizations.
12. Privacy and Confidentiality
Information you provide in connection with the Program, including your mobile telephone number and the content of messages you send and receive, is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available in the Policy Documents section of The 52 OS.
Because messages may reference business information associated with your organization, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your mobile device and for restricting access to messages you receive. Do not enroll a mobile telephone number that is shared with, or accessible to, individuals who are not authorized to view your organization's information.
Messages you send to the Program may be recorded, stored, and processed to route your request, generate a response, and maintain an execution record within the platform.
13. Changes to These Mobile Terms
We may modify these Mobile Terms at any time. We will post the revised Mobile Terms in the Policy Documents section of The 52 OS and update the "Last Updated" date above. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or by other reasonable means. Your continued participation in the Program after a revision takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Mobile Terms.
14. Contact Us

If any provision of these Mobile Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Mobile Terms will not be considered a waiver of that right or provision.
